 I can't log back into my account?
We can reset your password for you. Please email organiser@creeksideopen.org and we will sort it out. If you have paid and set up your account we can sort out the images once the deadline has passed, so don't worry about getting everything uploaded by midnight on Thursday.

→ I would like to enter a film and two paintings, can I apply online?
Yes, you can enter the two paintings online and the film should be posted or delivered to APT on a memory stick. When you enter your 'film' submission via the online entry you will be given a reference number for the work. You should then download the application form and then send or deliver your entry to APT. Please do not insert your name as a credit on the film excerpt. Payment will have been made online. Please download and read the terms and conditions of entry for postal applications.

→ I would like to enter a film, can I send my entry on a memory stick?
Yes, you can save your film to a memory stick. Please submit a two minute excert of the film AND the complete film. Please remove your name and any credits that could identify the film as being your work. If your name appears as a credit on your film your entry will be discounted. If you would like the memory stick to be returned you must include an SAE with the correct postage.

→ I would like to enter a large sculpture, what are the restrictions?
So long as your sculpture will fit in the A.P.T Gallery it can be entered for the competition. The gallery plan and measurements can be downloaded here. If would like to see some images of the gallery please visit the gallery pages of the A.P.T website www.aptstudios.org/gallery

→ I would like to enter a performance, how should I go about this?
If you want to submit a performance please download the application form here and submit the work. Please download and read the terms and conditions of entry for postal applications. You should submit a two minute excerpt and longer documentation along with a description of the performance. Please ensure that your name is not included on the documentation.

→ My payment through the Worldpay system was interrupted. How can I find out if my payment has been made?
Please email organiser@creeksideopen.org and we will check the database. If your payment has gone through we will email you your confirmation reference.


→ My debit card is not being accepted, what is the problem?
Worldpay has a strict address checking system in addition to the 3D status check, so please ensure that you enter your address exactly as it appears on your statement. If you continue to have problems please email organiser@creeksideopen.org

→ I think I paid twice, how can I check?
Please email organiser@creeksideopen.org and we will check the database. If you have paid twice we will refund the payment to you by bank transfer after verifying the duplicate payment.

→ I made my payment but my computer crashed before I could upload my images. What can I do?
Please email organiser@creeksideopen.org and we will check the database.

I think my images were too big because they would not upload to the database, what can I do? Please email organiser@creeksideopen.org and we will check the database.

→ My images are the correct size but they will not upload?
Please email organiser@creeksideopen.org and we will check the database.

→ I entered the wrong title for my submitted work. How do I change it?
Please email organiser@creeksideopen.org and we will check the database.
